Welcome to Westland Estates Homeowners Association website. Westland Estates is a wonderful family-oriented residential neighborhood located in the heart of Creve Coeur, Missouri.  

 

Our beautiful West Saint Louis County community offers a picturesque setting that is within 25 minutes of downtown with easy access to interstates 64/40 and 270.  It is less than a 5 minute drive to Millennium Park, Bellerive Country Club, and numerous shops and restaurants on Olive Blvd.

Each of the subdivisions 57 homes are situated on sprawling 1 acre lots.  The membership dues for the neighborhood association are currently $100.00 per year.  There are many outstanding schools close by.  We are located in the Parkway C-2 School District.  The public schools assigned are Bellerive Elementary, Northeast Middle School and Parkway North High School. There are also many great private secular and religious schools in the area.
